Park City Lodging Inc., one of the largest property management companies in Park City, has an immediate opening for a dispatcher / administrative assistant in our Housekeeping Department. This is a full time, year around position and requires well-organization and detail-oriented skills.
Main duties include:
- Dispatch deliveries to guests upon request
- Daily scheduling of properties to be cleaned
- Input work orders
- Answering phone calls
- Inspect units prior to guest arrivals ensuring company cleaning protocols are met
- Check in supply orders, process bills of lading and invoice
Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, be in good physical condition, be able to lift heavy items, be dependable, a good team player and willing to pitch in to other job duties when necessary.
Must have a valid driver’s license, excellent driving record and agree to a background check.
