Maintenance Tech III

Job Overview

To ensure guest, member and employee satisfaction in Maintenance.  To provide a safe environment for our guests, members and employees. To achieve budgeted profitability by adhering to Safety Standards and exercising fiscal responsibility and sound management practices.

SPECIFIC JOB SKILLS:  

• Must have minimum 2 yrs experience in all aspects of maintenance
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Must work with flexible schedule, including weekends, late shifts and on-call
• Must be able to lift and carry 40 lbs.
• Must have certified pool operators license
• CPO Certification preferred

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond in a timely fashion to work orders called in by guests, members and other departments
• Process and turn in accurate and timely paperwork on a daily basis
• Track outstanding work orders and follow up to completion
• Perform daily inspections of work areas and equipment to insure that they are neat and clean
• Perform non work order related tasks as requested by departmental manager
• Participate in annual unit check list program to maintain units in “as new” condition
• Look for opportunities to upgrade the quality and safety of the property.  Report these to management for action
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Pay: $28.00 per hour
