Park City Lodging Inc., one of the largest property management companies in Park City, has an immediate opening for full time, year-round Maintenance Technicians.
This is a front line, skill-based, detail-oriented position involving daily upkeep of our managed properties and homeowner associations. Maintenance skills and experience required including basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, landscape maintenance/snow removal. Attention to detail, taking initiative to do what is needed beyond assigned work a plus. Must be dependable and prompt, have a good driving record and agree to a background check.
