The perfect candidate is someone who is not only interested in the vacation rental industry but also in guest services and general hospitality as you will be required to interface with guests and homeowners alike. Therefore, outstanding people and communication skills are a must for this position. A keen eye for detail is required as you will be responsible for quality control of the properties after the cleaning crew leaves and before the next guests arrive, in addition to post check-out assessments for damage. The successful candidate will also become familiar with the highest technology processes and standards in the tourism industry, which offer additional learning opportunities.
Other duties include assisting Grand Welcome Park City in office duties and field operations for their vacation rental properties. Duties are very hands-on and require the ability to solve immediate problems and driving in the snow during visits to rental properties.
