Job Overview
The Room Service Server is responsible for setting-up, delivering and retrieving all food and beverage orders to guest rooms and hospitality suites while ensuring quality service and guest satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Include the following, but are not limited to):
- Set-up and deliver all food and beverage orders in accordance with established guidelines, procedures and policies as prescribed by company standards.
- Conduct floor sweeps and retrieve all food and beverage trays in order to maintain established sanitation guidelines.
- Set-up and deliver all VIP amenities.
- Respond to customer needs, issues, comments and problems to ensure a quality experience and enhance future sales. Report all communications to immediate shift supervisor.
- Maintain all inventories of needed supplies.
- Answer the telephone and take all customer orders in accordance with operating policies and procedures.
- Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.

- Previous serving experience is a big plus
Qualifications
- Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds
- Must be able to stand on feet for a long periods of time
- Must be able to walk long distances while pushing a cart
- Must be able to communicate well
Must be able to work weekends and some holidays
