We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our hotel staff as Sales Coordinator. As part of our Sales team, you’ll be responsible for providing  administrative support for the Sales and Catering team including correspondence, preparing reports and assisting in the overall Sales operation of hotel functions.

  • Input and track reservations and rooming lists for group accounts.
  • Creates and distributes detailed group resumes weekly.
  • Runs sales offices weekly forecast reports.
  • Generates and maintains group and local negotiated accounts files.
  • Creates and posts hotel social media content.


  • Ability to assist with the design and preparation of statistical reports and presentations as needed.
  • Must be self directed, motivated and demonstrate intuitive customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Effectively deals with internal and external customers, with high levels of patience, professionalism and diplomacy.
  • Tech savvy, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience with Marriott systems including CITY and Marsha preferred.
