Assists guests in the selection of beverages to accompany foo choices, while enhancing the dining experience and promoting sales. Organizes and manages all aspects of the beverage program including selection of wines, beer, and spirits; cocktail development; staff training; inventory control; and revenue generation. Should possess the following qualifications: Court of Masters Sommelier Certification, experience wtih inventory of 500+ lables, experience developing profitable wine programs. Would prefer candidate to possess prior hotel experience, restaurant supervisor experience.
