Job Description Summary:

This position is PT 5am-9am flex depending on the event,
Sets up and breaks down conference rooms according to event orders as well as maintains cleanliness standards for equipment and meeting rooms.

Job Description:

  • Plans and executes all group events for the property
  • Reviews and manages BEO’s and Invoices for all events.
  • Maintains and tracks inventory of all banquet and bar supplies
  • Attends Event and Banquet meetings when needed
  • Provides exceptional customer service to the client throughout the event process
  • Prior to the event, applicant will be responsible for setup of all tables, chairs, linens and other event supplies
  • During event, applicant will be responsible for management of banquet staff, bartending and cash handling, buffet serving and dishwashing
  • After the event, applicant is responsible for all clean up and storage of event supplies
  • This is a Part Time position 5am-9am with possibility of becoming year round FT

 

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour DOE
