Job Overview

The Banquet Prep Cook Position entails the following:

  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary timely manner
  • Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant
  • Restock all items as needed throughout the shift
  • Clean and maintains station while practicing exceptional safety, sanitation, and organizational skills
  • Has understanding and knowledge of how to properly use and maintain all equipment in kitchen
  • Assist with cleaning, organizing of kitchen, walk-in coolers and all storage areas
  • Performs additional responsibilities as requested by the executive chef, sous chef, and banquet chef
