Job Overview
The Banquet Prep Cook Position entails the following:
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary timely manner
- Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant
- Restock all items as needed throughout the shift
- Clean and maintains station while practicing exceptional safety, sanitation, and organizational skills
- Has understanding and knowledge of how to properly use and maintain all equipment in kitchen
- Assist with cleaning, organizing of kitchen, walk-in coolers and all storage areas
- Performs additional responsibilities as requested by the executive chef, sous chef, and banquet chef
