Job Overview

Summary

As the Hotel Concierge, you will provide our guests with everything they need to create that perfect Park City vacation. By using your knowledge of the area you’ll make recommendations based on guests’ needs and ensure that all desired activities get booked and that all the details are taken care of. As a crucial part of the guest experience, you’ll work with other resort departments to ensure that all guest needs and met and exceeded.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides guests with information about the local area, attractions, restaurants
  • Assist guests with booking/scheduling attractions, restaurant reservations,
  • Assists guests with booking transportation; airline boarding passes and travel information if necessary
  • Helps resolve minor guest complaints in order to provide the guest with the best experience
  • Build relationships with other businesses and departments to improve guest experience
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Park City and the surrounding areas
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Impeccable communication skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised and proven decision-making skills
  • Previous experience in a resort/hotel front desk or concierge environment preferred
