Job Overview
The Executive Chef oversees all culinary operations, ensuring quality and consistency for all food preparation.  The ability to create new recipes while maximizing and maintaining operational resources is essential. The leader in this role will be responsible for accurately forecasting food and labor costs; ensuring compliance according to health and safety regulations; and maintaining a positive work environment. The Executive Chef will select, train, and develop Team Members while serving as a role model for appropriate behavior. Other duties may include but are not limited to the creation of guidelines, SOPs, employee evaluations, and other necessary reports. 
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:   
  • College degree or certification in culinary field/hospitality field preferred
  • Minimum 4 years kitchen management experience required in both a la carte & banquet operations
  • Minimum 5 years cooking experience and Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
  • Read, write and speak and understand English
  • Ability to understand financial goals and accomplish them
  • Ability to work extended hours when business necessitates

Pay Range: $100,000 – $120,000 per year
