Job Overview

Varied hours, weekends and holidays. Self starter, fine dining experience in 4/5 star and diamond environments. Minimum of 1 year fine dining/resort hotel food and beverage experience as a supervisor or manager. Strong knowledge of food, wines, and wine service. Need excellent scheduling and guest relation skills. Pleasant personality a must.
