Job Overview
Hotel Park City, Member of Autograph Collection Hotels by Marriott International is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Food & Beverage Manager.
Must be a high initiative / multi-tasking individual who is self-motivated and a leader capable of creating and maintaining a positive atmosphere for all F&B employees and guests.
Guest satisfaction is paramount in a fast paced environment. Strong time management, attention to detail, problem solving, and effective communication skills are required.
- Knowledge of computer programs (Excel, Word, Outlook) – Opera and Micros Systems preferred.
- Prior experience working at a supervisory/management level in Food & Beverage, in a hotel setting preferred.
- Must have a flexible schedule and be willing & able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Must have or able to obtain a current T.I.P.S. certificate and Food Handlers permit.
