To provide friendly, prompt, professional service to our members and their guests. To display knowledge of menu items, beverages available, club events and amenities. Required to restock items as needed and maintain a clean, organized, efficient workspace.
Greet members and guests in professional friendly manner. Distributes menus, take beverage and meal orders. Correctly enters orders and all pertinent information into the POS system and properly close ticket. Serves all ordered items and remove plates and glasses from table as necessary. Performs other duties as assigned. Set up, stocking, clean up and closing duties as assigned by Manager. Ensure customer satisfaction by anticipating and accommodating member needs to the best of your ability. Consistently follows all sales and income procedures. Handles all cash, credit card and member changes as prescribed by the standard operating procedures. Advises supervisor of complaints if they occur. Attends per-meal meetings as required. Consistently complies with all state local and club laws/policies relating to the service of alcohol.
Attention to detail, basic knowledge of food preparation and presentation, friendly professional attitude service experience in Country Club or Hotel Setting, Sips and Tips Certification, Food Handlers Permit, Sandy City Alcohol Work Card ID.
Pay/Structure: $14 – $20 per hour DOE / Full & Part Time
Five days a week, 6-8 hours a day
Must be able to work some holidays and Sunday
