Job Overview
Newpark Resort is looking for a confident, service-minded Guest Services Supervisor to help lead our front desk team and create a smooth, welcoming experience for every guest—from the moment they book their stay through their final departure.
Located in the heart of the Newpark Town Center, our resort welcomes guests who come to Park City to explore, recharge, celebrate, and make lasting memories. The Guest Services Supervisor plays a key role in bringing that experience to life.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting a team, paying attention to the details, and stepping in before a small issue becomes a big one. You will help oversee daily front desk operations, support accurate reservations and guest billing, assist with scheduling and training, and provide thoughtful service recovery when things do not go exactly as planned.
Why Join Newpark Resort?

As part of our team, you will:
- Make a direct impact on the guest experience

- Assist with difficult guest situations, service recovery, and guest concerns with urgency, empathy, and follow-through.
- Proactively identify potential reservation, billing, or operational issues before they affect the guest experience.
- Review reservations and booking channels to ensure information is complete, accurate, and properly processed.
- Confirm guest communications and confirmation emails are sent and include accurate reservation details.
- Support direct bookings, third-party reservations, group business, and group room blocks.
- Review folios, deposits, charges, guest accounts, and billing records for accuracy.
- Research and resolve reservation or billing discrepancies.
- Maintain awareness of hotel occupancy, arrivals, departures, VIP guests, special requests, group activity, and operational priorities.
- Partner with housekeeping, maintenance, sales, accounting, and resort leadership to support seamless hotel operations.
- Provide daily support, coaching, communication, and direction to the front desk team.
- Assist with employee training, accountability, performance feedback, and ongoing team development.
- Create and manage the front desk schedule to ensure appropriate coverage based on business needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
