Job Overview

PURPOSE OF POSITION:  Greet and seat guests in the restaurant.

SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Cheerful personality
  • Light lifting requirements
  • Cocktail service knowledge

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Perform all opening and closing duties including but not limited to; pull all menus from hutch, check each for stains and cleanliness, clean as needed, restock matches, restaurant cards and toothpicks for podium, dim dining room lights, general pick up of front area (no cups, food or debris)
    • Know all table numbers and position numbers as well as directions to verbalize to guests
    • Can identify all food items
    • Perform all job functions assigned by Maitr’d or Manager
